Richard Barkey is the founder and Chief Executive of Imparta. He specialises in helping companies around the world to achieve and sustain measurable improvements in sales and marketing performance. Richard worked at McKinsey & Co., where he because a pioneer in the development of simulation-based training. He holds a first class degree in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School. He is an experienced trainer and speaker in the areas of learning, e-learning, sales and strategy. |

Sarah Cook is managing director of The Stairway Consultancy which she founded in 1989. She has an M.A. in Modern Languages from Cambridge University, an MBA and a degree in Psychology. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Chartered Marketeer. |

Terry Gillen is a Chartered Fellow of, and registered trainer with, CIPD and a member of CIPD’s Management Skills Faculty. He works independently as a consultant trainer and author specialising in subjects that improve people’s performance, relationships and well-being at work. |

David Laughrin is a Fellow of the CIPD, and has more than 30 years experience as an HR practitioner, working in the MoD, Social Security and the Cabinet Office. He has private secretary experience working for a Minister and a Permanent Secretary, and has been secretary of a Committee of Inquiry. |

Suzanne Lowe, Training & Development Manager for Picture Financial (winner of the 2007 TJ Special Achievement Award), has worked in financial services for more than 15 years, the last 10 years of which has been in the arena of Human Resources and learning and development. Suzanne has a BA in French, Spanish and Business Studies and has recently completed Coaching and Employment Law qualifications. |

Caroline Prendergast is the Head of BBC Training & Development. Before joining BBC Training & Development in 2005, Caroline held various development and HR roles including Head of HR for BBC Drama and then for BBC News. Caroline is a board member of Skillset (UK sector skills council for the broadcasting industry) and a member of the ICEDR (International Consortium for Executive Development and Research). |
