Description:

A professional Learning and Development Manager is required for market-leading commercial property company in the City Centre for delivery of in-house management skills and technical training on a 6-month contract.  The position may become permanent.

The purpose of the role is to manage the L&D function in conjunction with the Head of HR, comprising needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of courses to a diverse employee group through a combination of in-house and external delivery.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Analysis of training needs
  • Design and delivery of sessions
  • Learning Evaluation
  • Promoting a learning culture
  • Working extensively with the management team

The right candidate must have degree or equivalent with ideally a minimum of 2 years experience of design and delivery of training courses including operating the full learning cycle.  Ideally candidates will be full or part CIPD qualified.

The ideal candidate must have very strong communication skills with the ability to liase effectively with senior management.

Candidate must have positive disposition, good common sense, proactive approach, positive attitude and enthusiasm, and be willing to respond effectively to business needs.

Benefits for all roles include: 23 days holiday, pro rata, paid day off for your birthday and up to 8% pension scheme.
