Submitting white papers

The TJ white paper library is a free resource for our subscribers.  If you would like to submit a white paper, send it to contact@trainingjournal.com

All white papers will be read by the editor for content and relevance.

Guidelines

  • We publish only white papers that address specific issues relating to HR, training, coaching and learning and development.  Advertorials, marketing material or product brochures will not be published. Please note that white papers are posted at the discretion of the editor.
  • Focus on the needs of the reader.  Typical content might include:
    • Market drivers
    • Problem development
    • Historical overviews
    • A general introduction to the solution
    • Benefits
    • What to look for in an ideal solution.
  • Any white paper placed must be the work of the individual submitting it. We do not accept articles that may have been created by a third person, or articles subject to copyright. Authors will be required to confirm the white paper is their work.
  • We reserve the right to edit the white papers prior to publishing. Any changes, other than for the purposes of readability or typos will be passed back to the author for approval before publishing.
  • White papers should be between 500 and 5000 words.
  • Urls given within the white paper should take the reader directly to a web page.  Links requiring a password, registration or payment, will be deleted.

Please include the following information with each white paper:
