Leading Results launches Complete Leader Curriculum
Leading leadership and management training firm, Leading Results, has launched a new curriculum designed to help businesses to develop leaders within their own organisations.
The Complete Leader Curriculum is a ready-to-go package designed for companies who recognise that they need to develop their leaders and managers but don't have the time, expertise or budget to make it happen.
Content can be licensed and delivered by the company, or if they prefer, Leading Results' expert leadership trainers can deliver it for them at their business premises. Businesses can also license single modules and sessions, making it adaptable to their own needs.
Doreen Yarnold, director of Leading Results, says: “We recognise that every business has the intention to develop their senior and middle managers, but it usually ends up on the back burner due to more pressing day-to-day operational imperatives.
"This is why we created the Complete Leader Curriculum, to turn senior and middle managers into credible, commercially savvy leaders who drive desired results through their people.
