Learning Pool has retained its status as a Core Challenger, while maintaining a Lower Total Cost of Ownership than its competitors, on the 2022 Fosway 9-Grid for Learning Systems

Each year, Fosway Group undertakes an independent analysis of the Learning Systems market in order to provide an assessment of the learning and talent supply options available to organisations in EMEA. This culminates in the Fosway 9-Grid, a leading five-dimensional market model that is the only market analysis model used to understand the relative position of solutions and providers in the learning and talent systems market.

Entering its seventh year, the Fosway 9-Grid for Learning Systems is based on Fosway’s unrivaled, independent research in the Next Generation HR, Talent and Learning markets over 20 years. Findings include the insights and experience of its Corporate Research Network which comprises over 150 leading global companies, including BP, HSBC, Shell and Vodafone.

In last year’s analysis, Learning Pool’s market-leading Stream Learning Suite was recognised as a Suite on the Fosway 9-Grid establishing the company as a Core Challenger in the process. Stream Learning Suite today exists as Learning Pool’s most comprehensive learning suite, combining the very best in learning management, content development and reporting and analytics and the company is thrilled to have maintained their status as a Core Challenger for the second year running.

A 9-Grid Core Challenger is recognised as having a strong core suite of solutions, a good track record of customer advocacy and an ability to perform well in enterprise organisations. The Fosway 9-Grid for 2022 further acknowledges Learning Pool’s year-on-year solution development. In the last 12 months, Stream has been re-established as a Learning Suite as well as bringing on the capabilities of Insights, powered by Sisense, to bring personalisation and automated intelligence to learning.

Ben Betts, CEO of Learning Pool comments “Over the last 12 months the Learning Pool team has made great strides with the Stream Learning Suite, including rolling out our first million user deployment. We’re delighted to have retained our ‘Low TCO’ status despite the tough inflationary environment and remain one of the very few options for enterprise and upper mid-market customers who want to move beyond out-dated legacy learning platforms, but don’t want the cost and complexity associated with deploying a slew of specialist solutions. These results support our commitment to delivering superb value to our customers and their learners at a time when it is needed most.”

Once again, Learning Pool has been recognised as offering a Lower Total Cost of Ownership for its solutions, establishing us as a differentiated provider in a busy marketplace.

The release of the Fosway 9-Grid follows yet another strong year for Learning Pool. In January 2022, it carried out its fifth acquisition in as many years, that of New York-based True Office Learning, introducing 80  additional colleagues to the company. As creators of award-winning adaptive e-learning and behaviour intelligence technology, True Office Learning has helped organisations around the world measurably improve performance. Specialising in predictive insight and targeted remediation, they have become the go-to- disruptor in compliance working with a wide range of Fortune 100 clients including Pfizer, Mondelez and Cargill to create award-winning programs that proactively manage risk and drive better business outcomes.
