Climate Emergency: Our role

This would have been my third blog under the heading of “Climate Emergency: Our Role”.

On reflection, I’ve decided to postpone these blogs for the duration of the Covid-19 emergency. This is no way suggests that the climate and ecological crises aren’t still critical and urgent - it’s just that, understandably, everybody’s attention is on the pandemic right now. It is widely thought by many experts that the two things are connected, by the way.

I’ll be picking this blog up again later.

In the meantime, here’s a piece I wrote in January 2020 (before the Coronavirus hit the UK) called 'Seven Things that can really help with Climate Distress'. Re-reading this now, it strikes me that these seven recommendations are equally applicable for distress or anxiety about the Covid-19 emergency.

Sending warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. Stay safe and well, and stay home!
